Payment, Shipments and returns

Accepted Methods of Payment

We accept PayPal, Credit Card (Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover).

Turnaround

All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

Carriers and Order Tracking

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:
UPS
FedEx
DHL
We currently offer standard shipping: Please allow for 5-15 business days for shipping within Canada and the USA.
All shipping services used by homelala.com provide a tracking number of your package. 
We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Our Carriers require a physical address for package delivery.

Back Orders 

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Returns

Items marked final sale cannot be returned. A Return Authorization number must be requested within 14 days of the order's delivery date. The item(s) must not be worn, altered or washed. All returns must be authorized by us prior to the return. Please contact us by email or phone to make a Return Authorization request. The return authorization number must be clearly written on the outside of the package. Additionally, returns should be shipped with a service providing a tracking number as we are not responsible for delayed or lost packages. Any returns received without a Return Authorization number or that do not comply with the above may be denied at the discretion of HOMELALA.
